Hello everyone, it’s your favorite guy, Murder-Ink, coming to you all with an update on what I’ve been up to when it comes to the world of Street Fighter Online…
I hope everyone is staying safe at home, playing as much SFO as they can during these difficult times.
I hope 2022 to be an awesome year for everyone who enjoys playing the game. Even for those who don’t, so I’ve made it my mission to use all of my creativity along with everything I’ve learned about TMC over the years to bring forth features within the game that we never thought we needed and are always overlooked at how important they really are to every game.
1) New Users Section
This has been mentioned several times by myself as a project that I’ve ad been in development for quite a while now, mostly because of me taking personal time, and moving very slow with the project, sometimes when things aren’t going the way you expect them to such as with designs/style, it’s important to take a step back, and allow yourself to explore all your creativity, and somewhere along the line you’ll find what you are looking for, and that is what I had to do, and is the reason it took much longer than expected to complete the project that I had envision.
Often we get new players, who don’t know how to play the game, the players they face online beat the crap out of them, and they look for ways to learn the moves, learn the basics, and often there’s no information available to them, we the older players know where to find it, but at this point, we don’t even need it… the newer players need it, and my mission for the last few years as been to make sure they can find it when they need it, but I took it a step further and used TMC to it’s fullest capabilities
The “New Users Section” [Access Via TMC]
–Character Section/Movies List
This part of the interface gives new users instant access to their favorite Characters’ Moves List, allowing them to know a bit more about each character in the game via the Bio section.
This section happens to be my favorite because it’s so simple yet so important, and much needed within the game itself, gone are the day when you would have to ask the next person how to do a move, or where to find the moves list, with this new addition it’s right within the game, and it should have happened much sooner.

–Practice Mode
This as to be my second most favorite of all 3 features added to the game, this mode gives new meaning to the word training, but it has nothing to do with training at all, this mode was designed to give new users a place to practice all the moves they want for as long as they want without smashing their finger away at the keyboard trying to beat the AI that’s hell-bent on kicking his/hers all like no tomorrow, Key features such as
*No Time Limit
*AI Doesn’t Fight Back
*AI will regain health at a fast rate, allowing you to practice without the need to restart the mode
*Player will always have 3 bars and Rage Factor
These were some of the main features needed to make sure this works; it can be better, and may very well be within the near future, as I plan on keeping these newly added features up to date with the latest TMC commands as they become available.
–Training Mode
This mode is just that, “Training Mode” while these were designed with the new players in mind, the average player can really put their skills to the test, by facing off against each character within the 3 stages of this Training Mode, every stage gets harder than the last, but you already knew that.
Each stage has 3 Fights, making it a total of 9 fights altogether, and they are designed to push you to the next level, and really put what you’ve practiced in the last mode to the test.

Bottom line is, as a new player to the game, no longer will you have to ask someone to train you, no longer will you have to ask where to find the moves list, and that to me sounds like mission success… and while the system maybe not be perfect, I do believe it as made things much better for the new players going forward, and even more so with the release of Parsec looming in the year.
2) New 1080p Stages
Last, but not least on the list of updates… something else that I’ve talked about for quite a while now, and it’s officially happening… 7 HD “1080p” stages have been made public after being tested via many TMC, and more are expected to be released in the following weeks/months/years.
Amazon River Basin HD

Suzaku Castle HD

Much thanks to TMyApp for helping make it all possible, and to everyone who had a helping hand.
