It is not often we get to announce the BIGGEST news this year … and it is NOT often we get to do it MORE THAN ONCE … lastly, it is NOT OFTEN that SFO HISTORY IS MADE … but today, is such a rare day … for today, is the day we announce the addition of TWO BRAND NEW SYSOPS into the world of SFO!
And here they are, in NO particular order!
Murder-Ink: The man. The legend. Is responsible for adding a TON of brand-new 1080p content into SFO. At this point, we would be UNABLE to release our next Parsec 1080p Update without the help of Murder-Ink. He is also the creator of ALL of our new/animated flash-based 1080p stages (and we NEED those for the 1080p release). Lastly, Murder-Ink is the ONLY staff member in the history of SFO to have access to the game’s internal CCT files. In short, Murder-Ink has the ability to update 1080p graphics inside SFO without a need for TMyApp to lift any fingers. This is a “dangerous” task, since any wrong move (and there are PLENTY to make) would result in breaking/freezing of the ENTIRE SFO game. Murder-Ink has had this access for about 2 years now, and not once … and I mean NOT ONCE did he break SFO … and he could have … but not Murder-Ink … and what do you call a person with THAT much power within SFO and THAT much responsibility towards NOT making mistakes with the game updates? … we call a person like that a: SYSOP
Mil_TheAngel: The man. The legend. Destined to be a Sysop, Mil has taken over much of the tasks that were performed by TFist (back in the day) … When TMyWentCrazy and banned ALL of our old/classic/vintage staff members (at least the ones who talked back) … this resulted in the creation of a HUGE void within our community …. the “VOID of NO STAFF … and who stepped up to the plate to solve this problem? Why Mil_TheAngel of course! … Looking at our newest batch of Moderators, Administrators and Staff alike, I would say that Mil recruited nearly ALL OF THEM … sometimes it feels like he doesn’t sleep around the clock … instead, he goes into the chats and scouts out new patriots who may be ready to be trained in becoming the newest, best and greatest Staff of SFO! … and what do you call a person who selflessly works behind the shadows training and recruiting new SFO staff? … we call a person like that a: SYSOP
If we were to describe what makes a PERFECT SFO SYSOP, it would be: A person we can trust. A person who does NOT go MIA on us for 6+ months at a time. A person who keeps his word, and who does not throw his words around. A person you can count on. A person who speaks the truth … and it is someone who stood by our community, through it’s best and worst years!

In addition to our Sysop promotions, we have been lucky enough to add the following TWO BRAND NEW SFO ADMINS: Dark~Killer and BKBatman … but you may also remember them both as “the ones who saved SFO in 2k22!” … and of course, both Dark~Killer and BKBatman along with their talents towards our community, were also BOTH discovered by our very own Mil_TheAngel many moons ago!
Also, it is noted that with our latest Sysop promotions, we have now created a VOID in ALL of our “Super Admin” positions. Lastly, in order to give our Newest Sysops the MOST amount of POWER they can possibly have, we are now bringing back the revival of the fabled Sysop Box! The old hardware is in need of a new PSU and a new HDD, in addition to a COMPLETE removal of ALL Dyn/Oracle references. The work has been estimated at 60 Dream Votes!
